JYW-CPS polymer wet / pre laid waterproof coiled material - reactive adhesive is made of macromolecule homogeneous sheet material, and its surface is covered with self-adhesive adhesive material. It is suitable for waterproof membrane made of post pouring concrete or cement mortar mixture.

Product performance

Pre laid method

1.coil pre paving: the amount of good products cut, the coil will be self-adhesive layer of paper, facing the structure layer, and the other side toward the base, pre laying in the cushion, protective wall, underground continuous wall or row of piles. 2.coil joints: coil seam using cold self-adhesive way, tear off the seam, self-adhesive side of the reserved insulation belt, direct paste can form a complete sealed waterproof system.

3.coil anti sticky: tear off the separation paper, pouring structural concrete, coil and flow of concrete can be cross-linked each other, meshing, forming a strong cohesive force. Thus, the coil is bonded to the concrete building structure, thereby forming a waterproof membrane and a rigid and seamless combination of the structure of the building.

4.If the steel bar is required to be removed, the isolating paper can be directly bound, and no need to make mortar for the waterproof coil, and make the fine stone concrete as the protective layer.

Wet laid method

1.basic level processing: clean up the surface of the base, the base layer can be wet, but can not have mingshui. Such as drying at the grass-roots level, watering wet.

2.preparation of cement in cement (not less than 32.5 r general Portland cement) in direct water, water cement: =1:0.3~0.4 (weight ratio, according to the actual situation of reasonable adjustment, 1~2min) mixing with an electric mixer, mix static 5~8min.

3.coil paste: scraper or trowel to mixing good cement evenly coated on the substrate, while scraping edge of the polymer composite self adhered waterproofing paving and compaction on top, exhaust.

4.seam paste: coil seam using cold self-adhesive way. The adjacent short side seam should be more than 1m; when the long side joint is constructed, the reserved isolation strip of the joint self adhesive edge is torn off, and the adhesive mark line is pasted directly; and then the special sealing paste is used to strengthen the sealing head.
